My journey into costume design began by chance – I ended up helping the Costume Designer because I was acting in a play. Chance quickly turned into a lifelong passion.

At my first fitting, I fell in love with the colors, shapes, and fabrics—each detail contributing to finding the perfect piece for every actor. I knew then that this was what I was meant to do. Being part of a creative team that brings the vision of a show to life is a source of immense joy for me.

I especially enjoy working with student actors, and partnering with high schools across the DMV area allows me to both teach and practice my craft.

Sharing my knowledge with the next generation of performers while contributing to their creative journeys is a privilege I hold dear.
